Appointment and Cancellation Policies

Please understand that it is ultimately your responsibility to keep track of any upcoming appointments. As a courtesy, we send out reminders a few weeks before a requested appointment and we make confirmation calls or emails two weeks before appointments. Additionally, we send a courtesy reminder the day before all appointments. Although we make every effort to contact you before an appointment, it is your responsibility to ensure that you will be at your appointment unless other arrangements have been made in advance with our office.
Your appointments and your well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments necessary. If you need to cancel your appointment, we respectfully request at least 24-hours’ notice .
