What other equipment can be used for resistance training?
Weighted ball training can be performed for the proprioceptive feedback of the joint. The stabilizing effect enhances the joint’s ability to communicate its position in the field.
Dumbbells can be added to achieve the heavy resistance training as the patient progresses and if his goals or job demands heavy training to perform the duties at work.
Or the goal can be to return to heavy lifting in the gym.
